Clawplus™ is an AI-powered productivity and financial intelligence platform built on the OpenClaw architecture and the proprietary Sumplus toolkit. The platform provides autonomous task management, market intelligence, and digital workflow optimization tools.

All content, branding, technology, and materials on the Clawplus™ platform — including the Sumplus toolkit, OpenClaw integrations, and all associated intellectual property — are owned by or licensed to Sumplus. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology without prior written consent.
Clawplus™ is currently in early access. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time without notice. We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or continuity of service during this phase.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sumplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Clawplus™, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Clawplus™ at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.
Sumplus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
